What is directed energy?
Plasma weapons fire a beam, bolt, or stream of plasma, which is an excited state of matter consisting of atomic electrons & nuclei and free electrons if ionized, or other particles if pinched. Was the energy harvested from a hurricane?
One form of DEW is a particle beam weapon and it may have been used on 9-11to disappear the towers. There was also a hurricane offshore New York on that day in 2001. Another DEW is the ICECube Neutrino weapon at the South Pole. AURA is the ionospheric heater beside it (weather). There is a laser called CRYO.
This is the world's largest weapon. It can create earthquakes. The plan is to make it ten times larger.
This looks like two beams and it appears to be bending. The outer beam is used to keep the inner beam energized and focused. Light rays are usually bent towards the surface of a large body of water. This is because the water tends to cool the air close to it, creating a temperature and density gradient close to the surface. This refracts light waves (including the laser beam) down. He was brought in a mental institution, to his own mental welfare, as a expert said, because he claimed to hear the buzzing of microwave radiation. This would be is a delusion, and the expert argued further, that the statement, the radiation of microwave ovens could be used as weapons, would be part of a illusion system. COVERT IMPLANTATION
The new medical surveillance healthcare called a Wireless Body Area Network can be monitored and activated with cell phones using the internet. People you don't know - police, firemen, medics, hospitals, stalkers will have access to you.

Covert Implantion of People with a Body Area Network
Citizens are being struck with Directed Energy.
Directed Energy was used on 9-11 to destroy the World Trade Center. The buildings turned into dust as they fell. The amount of rubble left was not equal to the amount of material in the original buildings. This indicates that a DEW was used, possibly a particle weapon.
War was declared on the citizens of America on September 9-2001, when about 2,818-3,500 people were slaughtered at the World Trade Center. The number of dead varies by report. It has been proven to be a black flag event that ushered in the War on Terror. There are arguments that the planes were holograms, not real planes. Real airplanes would not have passed into or through buildings of steel. There are arguments for a controlled demolition. There are arguments for destruction of the buildings because they were contaminated and they were destroyed so someone could collect insurance.
​Molten Steel Found
Molten puddles of steel were found in the debris but airplane fuel does not burn hot enough to melt steel. The heat had to have been caused by something else. There is evidence the towers were rigged for demolition and directed energy was used to disintegrate or dustify the buildings and vehicles in the vicinity.

The buildings came straight down and imploded on their own footprint in 10 seconds and turned to dust. There was not enough rubble to account for the 104 story structures. They blew away in the wind.
Slaughter of Americans with False Flag Wars
A frequency war is raging against the American people. War was declared on 9-11 by the US government who knew and contracted for this false-flag event to occur. This event was a massacre carried out in New York when the twin towers were brought down by a demolition company, and a combination of technologies using an energy source so intense that the steel was turned into molten puddles. There has never been an event where a steel building was destroyed by fire alone. Jet fuel does not burn hot enough to turn steel into liquid. Jet fuel burns at 815 C (1472 F.) and steel melts at 1538 C. Explosives, thermite, scalar energy, missiles, particle beams, lasers or some form of directed energy had to be used to accomplish the destruction that occurred. There were other buildings not hit by planes that fell down according to classic demolition (fall time, symmetry, dip in the middle). There were also illegal money deals that needed a coverup that prove the motives behind destroying evidence and providing a diversion from the truth. There was trucks full of gold moved from the basements just before 9-11. There were Israeli art students with controlled demolition devices performing an "art project" for a year in the tower before 9-11. There are too many anomalies in the official version of events for it to be the truth.
Directed Energy Devices Used by Stalkers

THE SMART GRID
A Smart Grid consists of a large system of sensors which transmit and receive electronic messages. Please note also that a human being is connected to this grid using worn or implanted devices. It is called a Wireless Body Area Network. The medical community and the government want every citizens to have sensors (unllimited number) to send messages as to your location, your position, your mental state, your heart rate, your oxygen level, your blood glucose and every other measurement
Having your home connected to your body, your vehicles, your cell phone and computer might seem like a great thing. Notice that it is claimed to reduce environmental impact and improve day to day life through secure and reliable communications.
However, this human has no privacy. Sensors embedded in the home hear and see everything this human does and transmits this information to people who have no right to this information.
People and homes are being embedded covertly. People are being implanted while they sleep at home, in motels and hospitals.
MONITORING PEOPLE INDOORS AND OUTDOORS
This shows people being monitored indoors via a cell phone in a hospital or in their home with embedded sensors which communicate with a cell phone tower and an IP Network.
Their location and physical information, whether they know it or not is being sent to ambulances, hospitals, doctors and remote personnel--strangers.
These systems use existing infrastructure. People don't know that their homes have embedded sensors in them which listen to them and relay their conversations and their location in the home. Sensors can tell which chair you are sitting in, whether you are awake or sleeping, your heart rate, your temperature and other private information. These systems are being used, not for medical uses, they are being used to torture people.
IMPLANTED BODY AREA NETWORK
This diagram illustrates how the Wireless Body Area Network is connected to PDAs or Smart Phones directly to satellites, computers and cell towers via the internet. Frequencies can be directed to the body via this same network structure. This is a two-way communication system which can rely your personal data to strangers through the internet.
Sensors on or in the body can talk to the sensors in your home which are connected to the Smart Meter which relays this data to utility companies, city employees, law enforcement, fusion centers and governments. Now you should be able to see that the Smart Grid and Smart Meter are not your friends.
There is an entire loss of privacy, especially if implants are made without your permission. The 4th amendment says you have the right to refuse and if you are covertly implanted, that right has been taken away from you. Any time you go to the doctor or a hospital, you have to be on your guard for shots and needles which may be giving you more than you paid for, especially when given a blood test. They have syringes that install implants and take blood.

Monitoring people for healthcare is just an excuse to spy on people. Once implanted, doctors, hospitals, police, firemen, medics, anyone literally can watch you living your life, taking every breath, every beat of your heart.

WORN BODY AREA NETWORK
In the illustration to the left, you can see that the person is wearing body-worn sensors which send and receive messages or data to and from sensors in Intelligent Buildings, a Vehicle Sensor Network, a Mobile Network, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) or Wifi, and sensors in another person's body. Whereas this human is wearing the sensors outside their body, Targeted Individuals receive covert implants of sensors all over their bodies. This network is already working and TI's have no privacy whatsoever. The FCC has not approved implants that can be controlled from another person's implants at this time, however, they have approved some implants for humans. In the case of covert warfare, the implants would be used on TI's with or without FCC approval.

IPhone apps make it possible to use a cell phone to locate an individual, make a connection with an RFID chip or implants and direct microwave energy to the person. The phone serves as a relay to GPS the victim so the energy can be sent directly to their location and stimulate their torture implants, for example, causing them to not be able to walk to do their shopping.

The act of checking out at the grocery store requires that you stand still concentrating on your payment, putting in your card, your pin, making sure the payment goes through. Stalking in stores captures the victim where they must stand to may payments.

The man above was videoed sneaking up behind a Targeted Individual while their attention was on paying their bill at Publix, a grocery store. The grocery store has become a battle ground where the victim is stalked and radiated in the store. A stalker such as the one above with a meter under his shirt will acquire or program frequencies from the TI's shoulders, arms, back and hips and legs and the next day, they will have a new pain in that area. Military technology allows people to sneak in people's homes with cloaking technology and inject programmable implants into their victims.
See the COPS program through the Department of Justice. You may have a volunteer program in your neighborhood that "assists" police. This is a citizen stalker program which uses policemen, firemen, medical technicians and all their vehicles and equipment, veterans, drug dealers and delivery people, ex-police officers, other citizens, including children under 18 years of age. Each city will have a budget for this program
Cloaked people come in your home while you are asleep. Most Targets are made aware that someone has been in their home. The talker goes through your wallets and purses for identification documents and keys. One stalker made a color copy of a lady's driver's license and cut it out and placed it a the bottom of her computer monitor to let her know her personal information had been compromised. These activities by criminals are protected by the police, so the placement of the paper copy of the driver's license in a prominent position advertises the fact that someone has been in your wallet or purse while you were asleep and has stolen your ID.
A team of persons enter the Target's home or motel room and perform medical procedures and implantations while they are asleep. The government wants your personal frequencies so they can deliver torture through blasts of frequencies using ordinary communications platforms with WiFi frequencies of 2.4 GHz or 5.8-8 GHz. They use technology that can put thoughts and voices in your head, read your emotions or induce emotions and cause havoc with your hearing, sight, sleep and brainwaves. Some jails and prisons have this system installed and radiate their victims without mercy. This is not a legal form of punishment.

Tactics employed under Zersetzung generally involved the disruption of the victim’s private or family life. This often included psychological attacks, such as breaking into homes and subtly manipulating the contents, in a form of gaslighting – moving furniture, altering the timing of an alarm, removing pictures from walls or replacing one variety of tea with another. Other practices included property damage, sabotage of cars, purposely incorrect medical treatment, smear campaigns including sending falsified compromising photos or documents to the victim’s family, denunciation, provocation, psychological warfare, psychological subversion, wiretapping, bugging, mysterious phone calls or unnecessary deliveries. Usually, victims had no idea that the Stasi were responsible. Many thought that they were losing their minds, and mental breakdowns and suicide could result. One great advantage of the harassment perpetrated under Zersetzung was that its subtle nature meant that it was able to be plausibly denied.

Doxing or Doxxing
Doxing is researching and disseminating personal information for the purpose of humiliating or harassing an individual. It’s also a form of vigilante justice – groupthink or witch hunt. “Doxing” is a neologism that has evolved over its brief history. It comes from a spelling alteration of the abbreviation “docs” (for “documents”) and refers to “compiling and releasing a dossier of personal information on someone”. Essentially, doxing is revealing and releasing records of an individual, which were previously private, to the public. It can be a vehicle for revenge via the violation of privacy.

The most extremist power any political leader can assert is the power to target his own citizens for execution without any charges or due process, far from any battlefield. The Obama administration has not only asserted exactly that power in theory, but has exercised it in practice. In September 2011, it killed US citizen Anwar Awlaki in a drone strike in Yemen, along with US citizen Samir Khan, and then, in circumstances that are still unexplained, two weeks later killed Awlaki's 16-year-old American son Abdulrahman with a separate drone strike in Yemen. Since then, senior Obama officials including Attorney General Eric Holder and John Brennan, Obama's top terrorism adviser and his current nominee to lead the CIA, have explicitly argued that the president is and should be vested with this power. Meanwhile, a Washington Post article from October reported that the administration is formally institutionalizing this president's power to decide who dies under the Orwellian title "Disposition Matrix".

The Disposition Matrix, informally known as a kill list, is a database of information for tracking, capturing, "rendering", or killing suspected enemies of the United States.[1] Developed by the Obama administration beginning in 2010, it goes beyond existing kill lists and is intended to become a permanent fixture of U.S. policy.[1] The process determining criteria for killing is not public and was heavily shaped by National Counterterrorism Director and former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John O. Though White House, National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), and CIA spokespeople have declined to comment on the database, officials have stated privately that kill lists will expand "for at least another decade", if not indefinitely. One official stated "it's a necessary part of what we do".[1] Paul R. Pillar, the former deputy director of the CIA's counterterrorism center, has stated, "We are looking at something that is potentially indefinite".
The database's existence was revealed in a three-part series published by The Washington Post newspaper.
