How Do You Identify

as a Target?

Targets don't choose to be targets.

They are given the new identity.

Similarities, Permanence, Sameness

     1.   Events occur that are identifiable. Something in your life changes so drastically and continues that you cannot deny that something wrong is happening.

     2.   Permanence and Continuity.  Events repeatedly occur that are identical. Someone keeps breaking into your home. Someone keeps breaking expensive items like electronics, appliances, fixtures and stealing things and breaking things they cannot steal or they know you value. You lose job after job. You lose family relationships, long-term friend relationships.

     3.  Sameness is important because one categorizes events based on comparison of certain characteristics. When one reads news stories or watches YouTube videos, strangers describe events that are the same as yours. It happened to you first. You compare your experiences to others. You recognize that others are having the same or similar experiences. Targets can be found at random all over America and the world, people who never knew each other and independently have the same or similar events happen to them.

     4. Compare and Categorize.  Humans compare and categorize information in order to decide how to interact with other people. People identify themselves with others in a cluster of permanent categories, conceptually and by similar experiences.

     5.  Identifying Individually.  While identifying with the group as a Targets, a person has also a unique sense of being alone as a Target. This identity evolves as they are stalked and hit with microwaves and other weapons on an individual plan. Each TI has similar events, but each has a tailored schedule made just for them as an individual. These events change your feelings about who you are enough to change your life-long habits. If you get followed every time you go out you might stop going out. If you eat out often, and you get poisoned a few times, you might stop eating out.

     6.  Reactions.  Humans react to torture and continuous surveillance of their private world. If the object of making a person a target is to change their behavior, it certainly does that, but not for the better and not for the good of the person's health, enjoyment of life or length of life. Its more like a punishment for being who they were. Exhibiting the same reactions to torture as the group also cements your identify with the group.

     7.  Reaching Out.  There is a commonality of human reactions in that they want their injustices redressed. Targets are assaulted and they immediately reach out for someone to listen to their story and help them get justice for their losses and their pain. Some take this further and reach out to others to support them.

     8.  Loss of Future Self.  Targets have a changed sense of self in relation to the abuse their receive. The permanence of the assaults they receive makes them lose a sense of themselves in the present and the future. They no longer have the life they had and there is no life when you are overwhelmed with someone listening, watching and following you. You have no private life and therefore cannot plan ahead. All plans will be discovered and sabotaged. There can be no human development where all processes have stopped. There will be no latter self because life has been interrupted.

     9.  Reconstruction of Self.  The new person has suffered slander, loss of reputation, loss of employment, loss of home, loss of family, loss of bodily integrity because of permanent electronic implants, the loss of sovereignty over their person. The new person seeks rebuilding through association with others who have the same losses. The social structure among Targets reconstructs their sense of self.

     10.  Identify Illegally Attributed to the Individual by Government and Technology.  Governments are kidnapping Targets and labeling them as psychotic, schizophrenic or delusional to remove them from society, making it impossible to be perceived by others as mentally healthy. This affects jobs, insurance and the way a person feels about themselves, knowing they have a label and that is was given to them illegally, and they were hospitalized against their will. These labels may come into play in the future when boxes are ticked off in a decision to withhold food and water in order to let the elderly die. As various NWO strategies and technologies come into play, a Target is assigned an identity which has nothing to do with the real person -- in electronic databases, social media and reporting agencies that can be devastating to a person's  evaluation of themselves and the way they think others see them.

Idem, Ipse and the Loss of Self:

The question “what am I?” cannot be distinguished
from the question “who am I?” The human person,
however, is not a thing in the world.

He is not a thing that re-acts, but someone who acts
and speaks and, in doing so, gives testimony of
being a self-understanding being. It is by the act of
self-designation that persons express who they are. The answer to the question “Who am I” gives another quality to both singularity and sameness—to singularity in that it is only me who can be responsible for acts done by me; and to sameness in that I remain myself by being faithful to my promises.

The ipseity of the person brings us, therefore, into the sphere of faithfulness and personal responsibility, of the values and norms we adhere to. the question “what am I?” cannot be distinguished from the question “who am I?” The human person, however, is not a thing in the world.1 He is not a thing that re-acts, but someone who acts and speaks and, in doing so, gives testimony of being a self-understanding being.

One of the values of our European constitutional democracy is the mix of positive and negative freedom that empowers citizens to take part in public life (positive freedom) and to retreat in their private realm (negative freedom, which includes some control of the access to personal information). People need to enjoy this negative freedom in order to build a sense of self. This self-construction is mediated by the narratives we invent to tell the story of our life, which narratives are of course determined to a large extent by our interactions with others. However, from the point of view of the individual sense of self, as connected with human autonomy and dignity, citizens need a certain amount of control over the borders between self and others to flourish and partake in human society.

- THE CONCEPT OF IDENTITY

Why Examine the Change of Identity in TI's?

Some claim that stalking is happening.

Some say microwaving is not happening.

Some say all of it is a delusion, a mass delusion, of persons congregating on the internet.

Targets are being denied acknowledgement of their own experience which is cruel.

Targets constitute a "group", not a race of people who are being discriminated against and removed from society.  Therefore, lit is important to clarify that identifying as a TI is a conscious, intelligent, informed, rational rearrangement of a human's identity as an individual and where they belong in the world. It is an INDIVIDUAL conclusion, after comparing and calculating their experience which happens BEFORE any communication between the individual and any other people or entities. This is a personal individual realization of a profound change in their existence ad they relate to themselves, their family and others.

In Less Than Human, David Livingstone Smith argues that it's important to define and describe dehumanization, because it's what opens the door for cruelty and genocide.

Why is it important to know how a Targeted identifies themselve as a Target?

When the government doesn't want anyone to know what they are doing, they send out disinformation agents who dispense lies

How would you feel if you were raped and someone said you lwere lying and called you names?

How would you feel if you were burned and someone said you did it to yourself or denied the existence of the burn?

How would you feel if you were being microwaved and you feel the energy and heat and you can't prove it and someone calls you delusional.

One of the best examples of disinformation is the definition of "Targeted Individuals" on Wikipedia. This is an example that proof of statements or references to scientific studies proving or disproving the existence of something is not necessary on this platform. There are no reasons give for the subjective opinions expressed here. It is entirely without merit. It is cruel and insulting and is inappropriate in a pedia. Shame on Wiki.

" 'Targeted Individual' (TI) is an umbrella term coined by troubled unfortunates and paranoid cranks who insist that they are all, individually, on the receiving end of a massive covert harassment conspiracy of highly convoluted malignant intent. As is to be expected (because paranoid delusions respect no borders), TIs are found around the world—from North America and Western Europe to Asia.

The vast majority of TIs consider themselves to be victims of inchoate, ongoing and relentless 'touchless torture' plots. The nature of these alleged 'attacks' varies among TIs but generally involves some combination of asinine drama with pseudoscientific flummery and/or improbable, coordinated malicious actions. This all includes: remote neural monitoring, microwaves, 'psychotronics' (basically a variety of hypothetical electronic weaponry), secret mind control, actively enforced 'gangstalking', 'remote sexual abuse', surgical insertion of alien implants, HAARP harassment and even reptilian involvement."

Please note the words in red and bolded. The underlining was in the original article.

Please note that the use of the words is simply bullying using name-calling more suitable for a subjective description than use in an encyclopedia people depend on for accurate and unbiased information. This shows how Wikipedia approves of this abuse. They have been given accurate information by persons who have experienced being on the Targeted side of this situation and they deleted this other version.

The proof of the existence of the directed energy weapons can be proven by the injuries sustained by the victims and the multitude of patented processes and devices available for use in this war against humanity itself, not just individuals.

The Cruelty in Denying the Account of the Experience of Torture

Plausible Deniability

Ambiguous warfare, non-linear warfare associated with the changing nature of war

Lack of clarity turns upon the paradoxical nature of covert action. Covert action by definition seeks to change things and often leaves some sort of a trail.

For hundreds of years, states have sought to intervene in the affairs of others in a deniable manner. Since the professionalization of intelligence services in the aftermath of the Second World War, this behaviour has become known as covert action: commonly understood as activity to influence events in a plausibly deniable manner. Indeed, the concept of plausible deniability—some have gone as far as to call it a doctrine4—is central to understandings of covert action both academically and in practice.

Grey is the new black: covert action and implausible deniability

RORY CORMAC AND RICHARD J. ALDRICH

The Blame Game:  It could have been someone else.  It could have been me. Who did it?

Plausible deniability is the ability of people (typically senior officials in a formal or informal chain of command) to deny knowledge of or responsibility for any damnable actions committed by others in an organizational hierarchy because of a lack of evidence that can confirm their participation, even if they were personally involved in or at least willfully ignorant of the actions.

These effects are all engineered in advance by the sadistic MF's that designed the stalking program so this is just a backwards discussion to attest that the strategies of torture in this case are effective. They are accomplishing their goal.

In Why Torture Doesn’t Work: The Neuroscience of Interrogation by Shane O’Mara, it says:

"when torture is institutionalised, it becomes the possession of a self-regarding, self-supporting, self-perpetuating and self-selecting group, housed in secret ministries and secret police forces. Under these conditions, social supports and rewards are available to buffer the extremes of behaviour that emerge, and the acts are perpetrated away from public view."

This is true and that's what is operating in America now, secret police forces with social support and rewards for very bad behavior, just like Nazi Germany, who are operating the stalking and torture program.

":When torture happens in a democracy, there is no secret society of fellow torturers from whom to draw succor, social support, and reward."

That means we don't live in a democracy because there certainly is a secret society of fellow torturers who support each other in torturing thousands of Targets.

Torture is dependent on the consciousness of the victim.

They must be consciously aware they are being tortured.

They must be able to experience the pain.

Website Pain Apropos Microsoft.JPG

1.  The Target is conscious that they are being changed psychologically.

The Target realizes that no part of their life is private. Their identity as a human is compromised. They are no longer free to roam and experience their own existence as an autonomous human being with free will and private thoughts.

2. The Target is aware that their choices have been severely limited. They are serving a sentence in a small space confined to their home or vehicle, unable to move about freely.

2.  Targets are denied their own experience. They are told what they are experiencing is not real. This is "dehumanization" which gives rise to cruelty and genocide.

4.  The Target realizes there is no recourse, no redress, no way to confront the people operating against them because everything is perpetrated covertly under silence. Everyone knows what and how activities are being carried out but the victim.

3.  The Target is forced to re-identify themselves as an individual and as a part of a "class" of individuals who are also being re-identified.

4.  The Target realizes they have been set apart from society at large by being denied employment, health care, eating out, going to movies, sitting in peace in public.

5.  The Target realizes the stalking, harassment and torture will never end until they die.

6. The Target is aware that the injustice of the situation may never be righted in their lifetime and they will have suffered without being recompensed. The hope, faith and belief in good things plummets when they realize they will never be paid for their pain and suffereing. Justice will not happen for them.

6.  The Target is changed physically by the permanent destruction of their flesh and contamination of their biology. There is so much damage that their lives are being shortened and the quality of life is gone for the time they have left. Pain is the game and they are the loser.

Torture means to twist or torment which requires knowing and deliberate intent. It is the act of deliberately inflicting severe physical or psychological suffering and pain on someone by another:

1. as a punishment, pre-crime punishment, retribution, vendetta or

2. in order to fulfill some desire or pleasure of the torturer or

3.  force some action from the victim or

4.  it could be part of a practical or irresponsible scientific endeavor such as medical experimentation for political or military orpurposes and the pain and suffering is of no consequence to the torturer.

This may require a multitude of people with different skills over a long period of time to accomplish. It may even require the invention of new technologies to serve specific purposes. It may involve multiple countries with a common goal.

The Psychological Effects of Targeting

In possibly the most famous experiments in social psychology, the late Stanley Milgram of Yale University investigated the conditions under which ordinary people would be willing to obey instructions from an authority figure to electrocute another person to illustrate how humans will bend to the demands of authority.

Milgram invited members of the public by advertisement to come to his laboratory to investigate the effects of punishment on learning and memory. Subjects were introduced to another participant and told this person was going to be electrocuted whenever they misremembered words they were meant to learn. This other person – in fact, an actor who did not actually experience any pain or discomfort – was brought to a room and hooked up to what looked like a set of electric shock pads. The actor was in communication via a two-way speaker with the subject, who was seated in a second room in front of a large box featuring a dial said to be capable of delivering electric shocks from 0 to 450 volts. At various points around the dials, different dangers associated with particular shock levels were indicated.  The experimenter (the authority figure) was a scientist in a white coat, who gave instructions to the unwitting subject; that individual would apply the electric shock whenever the actor made an error, and the apparent distress of the actor would increase as the shock level increased.

At the start of these experiments, Milgram had his experimental protocols reviewed. It was generally concluded that the vast majority of people would not go anywhere near the highest levels of shock: that they would desist from shocking the actor long before the maximum point on the dial was reached. However, Milgram found that about two-thirds of test participants progressed all the way to the maximum shock. If the subject indicated any worries, the experimenter would use verbal statements such as: ‘The experiment requires that you continue.’ Simple verbal prompts and the presence of an authority figure in a lab context was enough to induce behaviour that, if seen in the outside world, would be regarded as evidence of extreme psychopathy and lack of empathy.

What is the lesson to be drawn from these experiments? If an authority gives the go‑ahead, humans are willing to visit seeming extremes of pain on another person for trivial reasons, namely, an apparent inability to recall words from a list.

CONCLUSION:

"Individuals might have their own moral compass, but they are capable of overriding it and inflicting severe punishments on others when an authority figure is present and institutional circumstances demand it."

An ordinary person becomes a torturer with surprising ease. The hard part comes when it’s time to be human again. - by Shane O'Mara

Torturers separate themselve from what makes people humans - empathy, compassion and love.

What is it that enables one group of human beings to treat another group as though they were subhuman creatures?

MOTIVATION, SUPPORT, REWARDS!

1.  They don't know they are hurting anyone by what they are doing. In the case of phone stalking, they may think they are just pushing buttons on a phone, when in reality they are stimulating implants and causing a person pain.

2.  If they know they are causing pain, they are told someone deserves it because they are a horrible person, a pedophile, rapist, thief, etc., i.e. they are lied to about their victim. They are told it is okay to act as punisher and they take that responsibility upon themselves.

3. They are given indemnity against punishment for their crimes.

4. They are told they will be a good citizen by doing something good for their country, state, city, community.

5. They are elevated to a "membership" in a group and given status to boost their ego and make them feel accepted by a group.

6. They receive money for their services.

7.  Someone in authority says its okay to torture people and they will teach you how. Authorities recruit the stalkers, trained them, manage them, dispatch them, encourage them, tell them they are doing a good thing for their country, and support them socially with ceremonies, gifts and rewards.

8.  They enjoy antagonizing people, making people uncomfortable, creating pain, hurting people and killing at will.

9.  They are forced into the stalking and harassment because they already belong to a drug cartel or they got caught committing a crime and they pay for it by participating in an illegal activity for law enforcement.

10.  Once in the stalking progrm they cannot get out with their lives, they will be killed for giving up any information on how it it operates.

What would it take for an ordinary person to torture and kill someone they don't even know?
