ORGANIZED STALKING

Organized Stalking phase is an event which is planned in theory ahead of time and carried out in real time with multiple people called perpetrators. In the picture, you see multiple people staring at their victim.

This event is orchestrated by a "handler" who calls the perpetrators, sends them a picture of their target and tells them how to carry out the harassment. The Electronic phase of the torture is to strike the victim with radio or microwave or stimulate their implants to cause them pain. Stalkers are told lies about the person they are targeting so that they feel justified in administering punishment, although they have no right to punish anyone. This is where you know law enforcement is involved, running the citizens assist program.

THIS MAN IS A STALKER! He is doing illegal survevillance on his neighbors in a volunteer program called Citizens Assisting Police. The Nazi's used citizens like this too. This is Nazi stalking! This man is taking the picture of the person he is stalking. He passes by his victim's house at least 8 times a day to harass them! Look how contrived his hand is to hold both the bottle camera and the phone on the side where he is passing his victim. He is taking their picture with the bottle camera and turning on their medical implants in their feet with the phone. He is operating medical implants. This man is committing a crime! ​

THEY HAVE IMPLANTED HIS VICTIM WITH AT LEAST 50 IMPLANTS AND CONTINUE TO IMPLANT HIS VICTIM EVERY MONTH, COVERTLY AT NIGHT WHEN HIS VICTIM IS ASLEEP. This person deserves to be arrested, but its the police that are doing these things! Can you imagine, police, firemen and medics attending the injection of implants at night when people are sleeping, arranging this man to stalk an innocent person continually 24 hours a day, causing pain with implants? The police and firemen do this! They hurt people, they kill people, they make and sell drugs, they steal cars, they run prostitution. This is AMERICA!
