INFRAGARD IS A PROPAGANDA TOOL
Government ULTRA Program Group Stalking Authorized by Congress, FBI Partnerships and the Office of Private Sector
Walmart, Publix, Target, Winn Dixie, Dollar General, Cracker Barrel and FBI Infragard partners train their employees to stalk Targeted Individuals. Stores allow the government to place transceivers in the infrastructure of the buildings so they can strike people with directed energy using the infrastructure or cell phones. They use stalkers for the psychological component. Stalkers use apps on their cell phone to locate an individual, make a connection with an RFID chip or implants and direct microwave energy to the person. The phone serves as a relay to GPS the victim so the energy can be sent directly to their implants, for example, hurting their feet and legs and causing them to not be able to walk to do their shopping.
In other words, Infragard is a secret stalking group working with the FBI using businesses to harass and surveil people on the secret Watchlist. TI's are slandered to companies, businesses, restaurants, doctors and stalkers. They are told TI's are rapists, thieves, murderers and deserve to be stalked. Targeted Individuals are not criminals, but they are stalked everywhere they go. The group stalking is a constant in their lives. Their implants can be turned on from the street so they are stalked in their own homes.
This young man was a Publix employee. He followed the TI out of the store and stood on the sidewalk holding his phone staring as the TI went to their car. He offered to demonstrate how he was instructed to hold his phone. You can't even look at it or dial it or text with it in this position. This gesture means he is using his phone for other activity. Employees are trained in phone stalking inside and outside the store at Publix. Its a good place to observe group stalking. There is a psychological burden added to stalking when real people point their phones at a TI, when they've already been struck with microwave directed energy in the store making them unable to walk or shop in peace.
The psychology of "group stalking" (or "gang stalking") involves complex interplay between perpetrators and victims, often stemming from stalkers' deep-seated needs for money, control, connection, or delusion, while victims experience intense trauma, isolation, depression, and PTSD from organized harassment, leading to a profound loss of safety and autonomy.

Glittering Generalities: Using vague, emotionally appealing words or phrases (like "freedom," "hope," "national interest," "make America great again") that lack specific details.
Name-Calling and Scapegoating: Using derogatory terms or creating "enemies" (internal or external) to demonize opponents and channel public anger away from the government.
Bandwagon Effect: Creating the impression that "everyone" supports a certain idea or action to pressure people into conforming to the majority opinion.

Social Media and AI: Using bots, targeted ads, and AI-driven communication tools (MADCOMs) to flood online spaces with specific messages, making it hard to distinguish fact from fiction (firehose of falsehoods).
Deepfakes: Employing manipulated photos and videos to create fabricated recordings of individuals.
Psychological Operations (Psyops): Utilizing military-style psychological warfare tactics to demoralize opponents and control the home front's morale.

History stopped in 1936 – after that, there was only propaganda. So said George Orwell of an era when the multiple miseries of the Great Depression were compounded by the ruthless media strategies of Hitler and Stalin
Truth was the first casualty of the Great Depression. Reflecting the anguish of the time, propaganda was manufactured on an unprecedented scale. As economic disaster threatened to trigger shooting wars so, as George Orwell said, useful lies were preferred to harmful truths. He went further, declaring that history stopped in 1936; after that there was only propaganda.
This was a characteristic exaggeration but it points to the universality of state deception. The very term Depression aimed to mislead: President Hoover employed it as a euphemism for the standard American word for financial crisis, “Panic”. Hence the poet WH Auden’s verdict that this was a “low dishonest decade”, a conclusion he reached in a New York dive on 1 September 1939 while attempting to “undo the folded lie … the lie of Authority.” It was the end of a decade in which, as Auden wrote elsewhere: “We have seen a myriad faces / ecstatic from one lie.”
The image is a piece of political satire and propaganda, most likely from the early 20th century, aimed at criticizing war profiteering and elite power. This image is just as apropos today as it was in 1918.
The animal (a predatory beast) represents violent, destructive forces—often interpreted as militarism, capitalism, or imperial power. The top hat and medal are classic symbols of the wealthy ruling class, aristocracy, or industrial elites. They imply respectability, honor, and authority. The battlefield covered with corpses represents the human cost of war, borne by ordinary soldiers and civilians. The beast standing over the dead suggests that elites benefit from war while others die.
The German caption “Krieg und Leichen – Die letzte Hoffnung der Reichen” translates to “War and corpses – the last hope of the rich.”
This explicitly argues that when societies face crisis or instability, the wealthy preserve their power and profits through war, even if it requires mass death.
The message is that war is a tool of the rich and powerful. It asserts that warfare is not driven by noble ideals, but by elite self-interest—where economic and political gain is purchased with human lives. The grotesque exaggeration is intentional, meant to provoke moral outrage rather than subtle reflection.
In short, it is an anti-war, anti-elite statement accusing the ruling class of feeding on destruction while remaining insulated from its consequences.
How Governments Use Design & Propaganda to Control You
You won't see anything about stalking, torturing or operating a TI's implants in the Nazi/Socialist propaganda. You won't see anything about training people with military weapons and tactics to enter their homes and implant them. This is all propaganda for the coming new government. WAKE UP!!!!!!
The man above was videoed sneaking up behind a Targeted Individual while their attention was on paying their bill at Publix, a grocery store. He came into the TI's personal space with no room between him and the TI. The grocery store has become a battle ground where the victim is stalked and radiated in the store. A stalker such as the one above with a device under his shirt will acquire or program frequencies from the TI's shoulders, arms, back and hips and legs and the next day, they will have a new pain in that area. Military technology allows people to sneak in people's homes with cloaking technology and inject programmable implants into their victims.
This is a citizen stalker program which uses policemen, firemen, medical technicians and all their vehicles, fire trucks and equipment (tools), veterans, drug dealers and delivery people, ex-police officers, medics and ambulances, other citizens (CAPS and COPS), including children under 18 years of age. Each city will have a budget for this program. This makes government stalkers legal. Stalkers are taught and paid by the US government to stalk TI's.

Electronic Torture Contractors (stalkers) are contracted in neighborhood volunteer programs called COPS and CAPS. They enlist veterans so the age of the stalker gives them away. Your neighborhood police and firemen are part of the fusion center network. There is a man or woman sitting at a computer in some government office nearby watching where you go. They install tracking in your car. When they see you are driving to Publix or any store, they alert that store you will be entering. They call the store or a stalker and tell them who to stalk and what to do. They may have radios in their ears. They may have a person in the parking lot and several people in the store following the TI.
The official story is that the COPS program helps the community. In reality, it teaches the community to stalk TI's, torture them with implants and become Nazi brown shirts. They use drug addicts, homeless, jobless, disabled, mentally disabled persons who will do anything for money.

What is infrastructure?
Infrastructure is what makes a society work. Why would a democratic government be interested in knowing all about how everything works in every detail of these systems all over America?
They will be in the perfect position to take over and nationalize everything in a socialist government run by the WEF under the guise of the UN. What is Infragard?
The official description:
"InfraGard is a voluntary, non-profit, public-private partnership between the FBI and private sector/academic/government members to protect U.S. critical infrastructure, focusing on information sharing about threats like terrorism and cybercrime, not a socialist or forced government-business venture; it's a collaborative security initiative where businesses gain threat intel and help the government safeguard vital systems."
This is a pre-emptive rebuttal for those who see the control of government over businesses inherent in this arrangement. The fact that someone feels they must describe what InfraGard is NOT tells the real truth - It is a government controlled arrangement of businesses on a "voluntary" basis.
As anyone with a brain knows, the FBI is as corrupt an organization as it can get. Yet, it holds itself out as the savior of the nation. In truth the process of getting entities to make a VOLUNTARY alliance is not as it seems.
In order for businesses to agree to partnerships with a corrupt government, they have to be off-put by something. Hitler's system was overt in forcing businesses to carry out his objectives. The government that has taken over the United States carried out a sneaky operation to do the same thing in a secret obfuscated way. They call it VOLUNTARY, when it is really the frog in the pan syndrome. They present it as a voluntary partnership with businesses for critical infrastructure protection and information sharing with an agency like the FBI, however, there is pressure and the idea that businesses are under the protection of the government makes the operation look like it is done for the benefit of the business, when in reality, it is a way of CONTROLLING AND SURVEILLING businesses from the inside.
They also claim Agenda 21 was a "voluntary" partnership, the countries that agreed had to be persuaded and pressured and cajoled and still the pressure of not conforming to the status quo like other entities, is the pressure of an involuntary partnership. Its a lie to get businesses to give up their data and information they may have on individuals the governmental want to control. It is a control mechanism.
That scenario sounds like a setup, a ruse, a trap, or a honeytrap, where a seemingly welcoming, lavish party (often called a "decoy party" or "bait-and-switch") is used to lull someone into a false sense of security, manipulate them into lowering their guard (to "accede"), and then enact a sinister plan like betrayal or capture.
Setup/Trap: The party itself is the trap designed to ensnare the target. The party serves as a decoy to lure the person in.
False Flag (more political/military): An action designed to look like it's from one side but is actually from another.
In Nazi Germany, the Nazi regime's military and economic strength was based on a system of forced collaboration where the state directed industry towards its goals, often using coercion and exploitation.
Key characteristics of the Nazi system, which align with the expectations of the "voluntary" nature of InfraGard:
State Control and Direction: The Nazi government established a command economy focused on rearmament and autarky (economic self-sufficiency). Industrial leaders were expected to align with the regime's Four-Year Plan and wartime demands, or face consequences.
Labor and Exploitation: A defining feature was the widespread use of forced and slave labor from concentration camps in major corporations like IG Farben, Krupp, and Siemens. The SS essentially leased prisoners to these companies.
Lack of Independent Partnership: German businesses did not have an independent, voluntary partnership with an intelligence agency for mutual information sharing. Instead, the state, through various organizations and the Nazi party apparatus, controlled or co-opted industry for its own purposes. The same thing happens with Infragard but with feigned voluntariness.
Coercion and Compliance: While some business leaders were ideological Nazis, most accommodated the regime's demands out of a mix of opportunity, greed, and fear, rather than participating in a mutually beneficial, voluntary partnership for shared national security goals in the modern sense. The same mix of opportunity, greed and fear exist in InfraGard partners, thinking they are benefiting in some way, whereas the government is preparing to take over private businesses so no one will own anything. Its a ruse to take over private companies in time. Today, there are approximately 50,000 members in 84 local InfraGard Member Alliances (IMAs) represented nationally by the InfraGard Members Alliance (INMA). It's a structured collaboration, with the FBI leading the government side and the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA) leading the private side. To share information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against U.S. critical infrastructure (e.g., energy, finance, health, IT).
In essence, the relationship between the Nazi state and businesses was one of subordination and exploitation, and the collaborative, information-sharing partnership seen in modern democratic nations with programs like InfraGard are building toward government takeover of private business - the frog in the pot. When the pot boils, then the government will be in a very good position to use their Partnership information they have been given "voluntarily" for a takeover. Here again is the feigned interest in the faith-based community's welfare disguised as security against terrorists.
"The tradition of the separation of church and state has served well the United States, its people. While separate, they were in many ways complementary of each other, underwriting both a commitment to the principles of the American Constitution and to the spiritual strength of American citizenry and the society. In the last several years, America has experienced an increase in targeted violence against our faith-based communities and organizations. Houses of worship and their congregants, and individuals with a particular faith identity, have been terrorized and, in some cases, attacked ruthlessly and injured or brutally murdered.
On May 20, 2019, in a response to “recent attacks against synagogues, churches, temples, and mosques,” then-Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Kevin McAleenan requested that the Homeland Security Advisory Council convene a Subcommittee “focused on the security of faith-based organizations across the country.” The Acting Secretary charged the Subcommittee with focusing on three specific areas referred to in this report as taskings: 1) “ensuring two-way information flows between DHS and faith-based organizations”; 2) “evaluating preparedness and protective efforts for the faith community,” including whether “faith-based organizations have the resources and training needed to ensure protective measures are put in place and exercised on a routine basis”; and 3) “evaluating the role the faith-based community could/should have in locally-based prevention efforts ….” The former Acting Secretary requested an interim report within 90 days of the Subcommittee’s formation."
There is also a parallel infiltration by the government into faith-based communities under the premises it is for their security. They have a document to the right. It describes how the Fusion Centers are to have a pocket aproach to infiltrating these entities. This is the first step to controlling this group too. Any feigned concern for privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties is to keep up their ruse. They don't care about any of those things and they just want to know how much resistance will be occurring when they are in full socialist behavior control.

• DHS, working with State officials, seek to provide local law enforcement with additional earmarked funding to create or expand outreach and connectivity with FBOs, especially in rural areas.
5. Fusion Center Outreach to FBOs
Finding: Fusion Centers are not well known or understood and are not organized in the same manner across the country.
Recommendations:
• DHS work with State and local officials to ensure Fusion Centers receive the same level of training and are similarly organized around the guiding principle of proactive outreach to every house of worship within a Fusion Center’s area of responsibility.
• DHS, with State and local officials, reinforce the expectation that Fusion Centers and the PSAs are to be considered a team, and their work is inextricably linked.
• DHS conduct an evaluation of Fusion Centers to determine their effectiveness in promoting FBO security, and from that evaluation identify areas needing improvement.
• DHS demonstrate transparency in the procedures and guidelines of Fusion Centers in order to guarantee privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties for FBOs and their communities."
Infragard for the Churches
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) facilitates partnerships and information sharing between the broader faith-based community and law enforcement networks, including fusion centers, primarily for security and disaster preparedness.
DHS Center for Faith-Based & Neighborhood Partnerships
The primary mechanism for this interaction is the DHS Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, which aims to build relationships and trust between government and faith-based organizations (FBOs) to increase national resilience. Its activities include:
Preparedness and Response: Partnering with faith and community leaders to promote "whole community" participation in disaster emergency response and recovery efforts.
Safety and Security: Working with federal, state, and local partners to help FBOs improve the safety and security of their facilities, often providing resources like CISA's security guides for houses of worship.
Information Clearinghouse: Serving as a two-way information channel, sharing guidance from DHS and receiving local situational awareness and concerns from the faith community.
Engagement with Fusion Centers
Fusion centers are state and locally owned and operated entities that serve as focal points for gathering, analyzing, and sharing threat-related information among various partners, including the private sector and non-governmental organizations.
Private Sector Engagement: DHS encourages private sector entities, which include nonprofit and faith-based groups, to formally engage with their local fusion centers to improve the security and resilience of their communities.
Information Sharing Challenges: While the intent is for effective information flow, reports have indicated that some fusion centers remain a "mystery" or are viewed with suspicion by many local faith communities, which can deter reporting of suspicious activity.
Security for Houses of Worship: Advisory bodies, such as the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC), have recommended that DHS take a lead role, in conjunction with state and local officials including fusion centers, in establishing a consistent approach to the security of FBOs.
In summary, the relationship is a voluntary, collaborative effort facilitated by federal agencies to enhance public safety and security, rather than a formal "alliance" that would imply an institutional merger or shared governance. Faith-based organizations can proactively engage with their local law enforcement and fusion centers as private-sector partners to access threat information and security resources.
